The purpose of this ministry aims to give members different avenues in which to fellowship, develop, and learn with their peers as well as expose them to the Hampton Roads Christian scene.

The Living Waters International Alliance was designed to establish, equip and empower an apostolic people in fulfilling the Great Commission through the restoration of apostolic order, theocratic government, and church planting, whereby we seek the Ministry of the Holy Spirit.
LWIA seeks to enlarge our coasts to better embrace a global network of spiritually aligned churches and ministries with a corporate vision. The network creates a synergism of mutual dependence of ministry resources that is necessary for effective ministry in the 21st century.
Lastly, LWIA is committed to embracing all people and promotes cross-cultural diversity and ministry exchange through cutting edge twenty-first century ministry under the leadership of Bishop Steven & Dr. Keira Banks, General Overseers.
