The Lord truly arose and made a great impartation into His leaders at the 2009 Living Waters International Alliance Leadership Conference, Leader-Shift: Releasing the Apostolic Anointing for Global Change. From the conference kick-off service Wednesday, January 14th, we were charged to walk into the fullness of the high calling of God, and given tools to pursue that calling in power. Dynamic worship leader and gospel recording artist Micah Stampley set the tone of the conference leading us into the rich presence of God. Bishop Steven W. Banks came with the first Word for LWIA 2009 entreating us to enter into the nation-changing power of God. Bishop drew from the story of Elijah's call to righteousness and display of power in I Kings to call a nation to repentance.

Wednesday night, Bishop's kick-off message took us into the well-known story of Elijah's prophecy about drought and famine, but revealed new truths about who Elijah was in God and the power that he drew from. Bishop opened the door to us to access that miraculous power to affect a society and bade us stand strong for Christ.
Thursday, January 15, 2009 – Day Session
We were blessed to receive from Apostle Ron Carpenter at our general session Thursday morning. Apostle Carpenter immediately started off the day sessions with some life-changing revelation about ministerial relationships and developing impactful ministries.
Pastor Henry Wells not only taught a profound lesson on apostolic ministry, but gave an apostolic impartation that resounded through the halls of the Destiny Center showing us how to make an apostolic blast into a region that can be felt for miles.
Attorney Darryl Boyd discussed legal issues nationally and internationally that affect ministries and other non-profit organizations. We received keen insights on how to approach missions projects and other avenues of global ministry.
Psalmist Micah Stampley took the students of worship on a biblical trail back into the foundations of what it truly means to be a worshipper. There was a call to repentance and yieldedness to God that renewed our Christian faith and our perspective on serving Christ.

Thursday night's session was all about the sound. Micah Stampley led us into such a thick cloud of the worship that no one could sit down. People all over the sanctuary were overcome by the beauty and richness of the presence of God. Apostle Carpenter followed that by releasing a prophetic word about the sound that was being released from Living Waters and the impact it would have on the nation and the world in the coming days.

Friday, January 16, 2009 – Day Sessions
Bishop and Dr. Keira used the general session Friday morning to speak their heart to the LWIA leadership, and prepare us for a new dispensation of order and power.
The Friday breakout sessions continued the downpour of revelation knowledge and practical instruction. Pastor Well's Apostolic Ministry class dealt with biblical order and spiritual warfare. Attorney Darryl Boyd's class warned ministry leaders about some new and coming changes in the law and how they will affect Christian ministries in this new America. Micah Stampley encouraged our worshippers in the true nature and rewards of worship. He reminded them not only what worship was, but the power it held over the atmosphere and even to influence the Most High.
In a special Bishop's time, General overseers Bishop and Dr. Keira Banks spoke to the pastors connected with LWIA. They released vision on where LWIA was going and the new National directors of LWIA had opportunity to address the ministerial body.

Friday night our awesome and anointed Dr. Keira Banks was set in as a General Overseer over the Living Waters International Alliance. A new Apostolic council was also set in place to help lead LWIA into its next season. The evening and conference were closed out by the arrival of the incredible power-packed.
Dr. Cindy Trimm. Dr. Trimm did a "drive-by shooting" which floored the pastors and ministry leaders, drenching them in the power of God. She then taught a profound message which sealed the conference and solidified its title as the premiere apostolic and prophetic conference in the nation.
All who attended were clearly changed by the experience – “Oh the things God has in store…”
